A complete rebuild and simplification of the Volusion Welcome Survey, which is given to the user upon submission of a free trial. This initiative was intended to simplify the Welcome Survey flow, collect the same amount of data but give it to the user in a faster way without being overwhelming. The data from this survey provides the leads for a huge amount of the business. There are several different routes of questions that can appear depending on which answers are selected. We saw about a 1:15 time reduction on average that it took a user to complete the survey, as well as significantly less abandoned sessions. As far as the architecture goes, this project is comprised of many Single File Vue Components that are conditionally rendered based on the business logic. The application interacts with several internal Volusion APIs, and is fully unit tested with Cypress!
